Casa Tarapoto is on a beautiful location. Just on the border of the historical town of Aljezur with some coffee places, restaurants and cute little shops just on a walking distance. The beach of Amoreira is at a 5 kilometres distance. We have space for 4 guests and there is a wide range of activities to do in the area for all ages, it’s worth booking our accommodation for an extra day or two to take in everything on offer!

You can walk or bike the trails of the Costa Vicentina, enjoy local food & wine or you can go surfing or try some yoga. There's so much to discover in this beautiful destination away from the tourist crowds.

Praia da Arrifana: stunning beach known for its high cliffs, golden sands, and excellent surfing conditions
Carapateira & Bordeira: ideal for nature, surfing, and hiking enthusiasts
Aljezur Castle: this Moorish fortress offers spectacular views of the surrounding countryside
Monchique: picturesque mountain town known for its thermal springs and the stunning views from its highest peak
Historical Town of Aljezur: Stroll the charming cobblestone streets with cute whitewashed houses and relaxed local atmosphere.
Fishermen's Trail: several beautiful (coastal) hikes directly accessible from our house.
Markets: there's a daily market in the market hall (mercado municipal) open Monday to Saturday. On Saturdays there's the Farmers market on the other side of town.
